  1. This is a list of atom types in the curently opened unit cell file.
  2. If the Use Atom Filters item is checked then use these lists to select atom pairs to form bonds.
  3. Choose an atom in this list and then choose the types which it is allowed to bond to from the other list. If an atom may bond to more than one type use the shift key to extend your selections.
